The Duke of Brunswick Refund & Returns Policy
Any cancellations must be made in writing to your function coordinator thirty (30) days prior to your function date, to avoid being charged. Cancellations inside thirty (30) days will be charged for room hire & Cancellations inside seven (7) days will be charged for catering. Non-appearance without said notification will not be applicable for a refund.
As a hotel providing products and services in real time, we are not able to refund you for services provided. That said, there may be some instances at the managers discretion where we will refund the cost of meals or drinks provided.
